Yes! Since your milk will not be consumed, its ok. The only time we are unable to process your milk would be if mould is present.

How do I know my ring size?

The best way to get the most accurate size for your finger is to go to a local jeweller and ask a professional to help size you. Alternatively, can purchase our ring sizer, our rings can NOT be resized so please make sure you are ordering your correct size. All rings are in US sizing.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Taking really good care of your jewellery will extend its life! We send a detailed care instruction card with each order. Its strongly recommended that your milk gem jewellery is removed before showering, swimming or sleeping. Sweat, chlorine, cleaning products, perfume, creams, oils, silver tarnish cleaning products, light sources and sunshine will compromise the integrity of your jewellery and can lead to tarnish, discolouration and breakage. Milk Gem jewellery is not liable for any damage to the jewellery once it leaves our care.

How long will my jewellery take to be shipped back to me?

Please allow up to 4 weeks from the time of receiving your inclusion in the mail. This ensures that I have time to process milk, receive any products needed to complete your order, and craft your piece. however, I do aim to have it to you sooner.

Can I choose how my piece will look?

While you can choose the colours and flakes that will be used each piece is handcrafted making it unique, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. I can try my best to replicate another piece but you may notice some variations in your piece this is what makes your jewellery one of a kind.
By ordering you agree to receiving a one of a kind handcrafted and unique piece of DNA keepsake jewellery.
